Class Descriptions

Reps and Ride

If you love working out to fabulous music, this class is for you! Ride to the rhythm over various terrains, building strength, stamina and endurance- while getting a great cardiovascular workout! We added some upper body movement and you've completed a totally body workout! All levels welcome!

Spin

A 45 minute indoor cycling experience for all levels. Fun music and instruction that helps you fight through hills, quick drops, jumps, and sprints. Escape the stress of your daily grind with a one of a kind cardio spin workout. It’s mostly hills, some drills, and all you!

POP Pilates

The combination of total body Pilates exercises with the attitude of dance and the energy of music, results in an intense workout that is FUN and effective. Develop a rock solid core, while leaving no muscle untouched. Every exercise can be modified to fit the needs of ALL participants!

Barre

A fusion of ballet, pilates, functional training and a little bit of yoga. This class offers serious sculpting benefits to align contour and tone your entire body in a way that is different from traditional weight lifting.

Body Blast

A total body strength training workout. Muscle conditioning using hand weights, barbell, and bodyweight exercises. No cardio involved, strictly for strengthening and toning your body.

Kickboxing

This high-energy workout challenges all levels! Leaves you burning calories for hours. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.

Fab Abs

This 30 minute class torches the abs in fabulous fashion. Focusing solely on abdominal work to tone your stomach. With a focus on improving posture and strengthening the back.

Bootcamp

This is a 50 minute full body strength training class that utilizes barbells, free weights, and body weight exercises. Get ready to move through multiple exercises to get your heart rate up, tone those muscles, and feel accomplished! It's tough, that's why it gets results!

Zumba

Latin-inspired dance fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music. Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-torching dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check!

Hip hop

An intermediate level cardio-pumper, this class is designed for the sassy at heart. Amy’s Hip-Hop class showcases current urban style dances, classic street beats and flashes of reggaeton and pop for a booty shaking, core-shaping full body workout. Too hot to pass up.
