Colin Robinson

ISSA Certified Personal Trainer
Colin is the current amateur MMA (mixed martial arts) middleweight champion of Valor Fighting Challenge and middleweight Muay Thai Champion of Cage Titians. He trains year-round for his fights. He has been involved in the gym world his entire life. His father was the previous owner of two gyms while Colin was growing up. He also played collegiate football at Worcester State University and graduated in 3 years with his bachelor’s in communications. His passion is fitness and he is excited to share his passion with his community.
Brian Clark
NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Brian got into Personal Training at age 47. He has Master’s Degree to teach but decided classroom teaching wasn’t for him. However, it taught him the different ways people learn and helped me become a better trainer. He truly enjoys watching his clients progress and take charge of their health and wellness. He a 3-time marathoner and ran 22 weekly half marathons in his neighborhood during lockdown. Every day he challenges his clients to go jump out of their comfort zone to get incrementally better. If you strive to improve yourself every day, the results will surprise you.

Connor is a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). He has been working out for about six years now and has developed a passion for fitness. He was a three-sport athlete in high school (Football, Indoor, and Outdoor Track). He played college football as well at Worcester State University where he graduated from. He now competes in Strongman competitions which have required him to spend a lot of time in the gym to build strength. His knowledge of fitness is growing every day. If you see him feel free to come up to him and ask any question you may have!
Andrea Dagostino

Andrea had been working as a fitness instructor for more than 15 years. She is passionate about her fitness and helping others achieve their goals. She is ISSA Personal Training certified. She will push her clients to challenge themselves to show that they CAN achieve more!
Alicia Cecchini
Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
I am currently studying for board exam to become a licensed Physical Therapist. I have been an athlete my whole life from youth sports to being a 3 sport varsity high school athlete to playing club lacrosse in college. Being active is a huge part of my life, and originally took up personal training when I was a sophomore in college. With my background, I love working with athletes, pediatrics, as well as our general public who want to get moving again! I’ve grown a strong passion for all aspects of fitness and making my clients feel the best versions of themselves, and have fun doing it!
